This PR adds the Challenger RP2040 LoRa as a new variant.
The pinout of the board is pictured in the schematics appended to the end of this PR.
I have tested the
challenger_rp2040_lora_companion_radio_usbfirmware on two physical devices, and confirmed they can send messages to eachother.The board does not have any way to measure battery voltage built in, despite having battery charging circuitry.
