Adding Bomly to Testing.
It is a free, Apache-2.0 CLI I maintain for dependency work in CI: it resolves a dependency graph from a source tree, lockfile, SBOM, Git ref, or container image, explains why a package is present, diffs two graphs, and fails a build on policy violations. It writes SARIF, so findings land in the usual code-scanning surfaces.
