Add API models for API Gateway, Bedrock and related agent services, GuardDuty, Lambda, SNS, and STS. Update the Connect Health, Bedrock Runtime, and Transcribe Streaming models and add related changelog entries.

Looks like we already have this changelog entry: https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-python/blob/develop/clients/aws-sdk-bedrock-runtime/.changes/0.7.0.json#L11-L14

good catch, that's how you know I didn't use AI. I saw Support system role in message. and assumed that was the last one we did, but it's not in chronological order. I'll push a new commit.
