Fixes the nightly compatibility-matrix run, which has failed every night since Jul 28. checkout-eyrie clones only 7 ecosystem repos; hawk-mcpkit (replaced via go.work to ./external/hawk-mcpkit) was never initialized, so
make compat-checkfailed with 'reading external/hawk-mcpkit/go.mod: no such file or directory'. Adds the samegit submodule update --init external/hawk-mcpkitstep already present in ci.yml and docker.yml.
