Summary
Pins the Desktop's engine at the commit tagged and released as MandoCode CLI v0.14.3 (published to NuGet today). The Desktop was already carrying all of 0.14.3's behavior from earlier pin bumps; this final bump picks up only the release documentation (restored changelog with the plain-language summary) and aligns the pin with the exact released commit — the clean starting point for the Desktop's own release.
