Summary
Pin bump only. Picks up engine PR #71, which consolidated the 0.14.3 release notes into the project's long-standing changelog (docs/CHANGELOG.md) and removed an accidental duplicate changelog at the engine repo root. Documentation-only upstream; no behavior changes.
Verification
No code changes on either side of the pin — the engine diff is two markdown files.
