Opencode window leaks across tabpages when switching tabs during a session

When I open the Opencode window and switch to another tabpage
while a response is being generated, the Opencode window is popping up on the
new tab. It should only show on the tabpage where I originally opened it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. :Opencode to open the UI (default position = 'right' split)
2. Submit a prompt
3. While the response is streaming, switch to another tabpage with :tabnext or :tabnew
4. The Opencode split window appears on the new tabpage

I did a subsequent fix, with a more agressibe approach, never update the actual window when not visible, and resume when switching back to the onew tab.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue after.
