[Sistent] Version numbers are outdated

Current Behavior

See https://layer5.io/projects/sistent/getting-started/installation.

Desired Behavior

Don't list the specific versions. They will always outdate as time passes by.

Point contributors to the canonical source for which version is being used; point them to package.json.
